Orders & Payment

All orders are paid using Cash on Delivery: you pay in cash when your order arrives, not before. Placing an order does not require any online payment or card details.

We do our best to display accurate prices, descriptions, and stock levels. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or is no longer in stock.

Delivery

We deliver to all 69 wilayas, by Home Delivery or Desk Delivery (Stop Desk), as selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is delivered by contacting us. Since orders are inspected at the time of delivery, you are also free to refuse a delivery that does not match what you ordered.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control, including delivery provider delays.
